Who I am.

I am a paralegal based in Los Angeles, California with an educational background from Alcorn State University and hands-on experience in law firms, where I have gained practical skills and insights into navigating the legal field. Growing up in a vibrant Hispanic household as one of four siblings in L.A., my path into law was unconventional—without a family background in the field—but driven by a passion to represent and uplift my community.

At Paralegal on the Block, I bring my perspective as a Latina navigating the legal world, offering insights shaped by my experiences and my identity. I excel in environments that encourage both autonomy and mentorship, while staying dedicated to ongoing learning and development in the legal field. My blog reflects my commitment to grow and learn more in the Paralegal field. Join me as I delve into the practical and personal aspects of the legal field, offering tips and stories that inspire, inform, and entertain readers.

By sharing these experiences, I aim to inspire others—particularly those from Hispanic and underrepresented communities—to embrace their uniqueness as they pursue their legal careers. If these words resonate with you and spark a sense of conversation, then we're on the same page. Let’s dive deeper together and elevate what makes your legal journey unique.
